With a deck width of 96″ or 102″, our 8″ I-Beam Deckover (F8) is an ideal choice for a wider tracked skid loader. The F8 starts at a length of 16′ and can be ordered all the way to 30′ if you need to haul wide materials and your skid steer to the job site. If you’re after a smoother ride, check out the dual or triple Torsion 8,000 lb. Oil Bath Axles.

Our most popular skid steer tilt trailer model is our 6″ Channel Equipment Tilt (T6). This tilt has a 14k rating and is available in lengths from 16 to 24 feet. It comes standard with a cushion cylinder allowing it to smoothly tilt. Most skid steer customers prefer to order the 20 ft T6 model that has a 4 ft stationary deck to hold attachments. We also have a deckover tilt model called the T8 that gives you a 102″ wide deck.

The best skid steer dump trailers are our low-profile dump models. The 83″ Low Pro Dump (DL) has a 24″ deck height making it extremely easy to load and is available in 12,14 and 16 ft lengths. If you’ll be hauling any additional skid steer attachments, the additional length of the 16 ft trailer gives you the spare room you’ll need. Also note, rear slide-in ramps & d-rings are included in all of the dump trailers listed here as a standard feature to help make loading your skid steer in your dump trailer easier.

The Perfect Trailer for Heavy-Duty Vehicles and Light-Duty Construction Equipment

Anything can happen when you run a mining operation, and you need to have an ultra-versatile trailer in your lineup. The 6″ Channel Equipment (CC) is an excellent choice for hauling supplies, heavier vehicles, as well as light-duty equipment given the GVWR range of 14,000 to 24,000 lbs. The deck features a width of 83″ and comes in lengths from 14 to 24′. The CC they picked up came with a bumper pull coupler, but you can also choose a gooseneck or pintle configuration as well.

Running gear is a vital component of any trailer. Backed by an industry-leading warranty of 5-years on sprung axles and 10-years on their Torflex^® axles, the CC sits on tandem or triple axles rated from 5,200 to 8,000 lbs.

Safely and quickly getting your vehicle or equipment on to the trailer is key to running a mining operation. At the tail of the trailer, the CC features a straight deck with pull out ramps in stock configuration or can be upgraded to a dovetail for a decreased load.

The King of the Tilt Trailers

What’s better than a flat deck trailer? A flat deck that also tilts! Being able to put any size load on the deck is an essential requirement in the mining game, and the Tandem Dual Tilt (TD) provides an ultra-wide 102″ deck. With lengths from 24 to 40′ and a GVWR of 25,000 to 28,000 lbs., the TD can handle the longer loads of building supplies, custom equipment, and mountains of gold when you strick it rich!

The most popular coupler choice is in Gooseneck, but you can also choose from a bumper pull, pintle, or step deck configuration. The step deck upgrade is the best way to maximize your deck space, and you can easily store a tractor bucket or any other attachments without taking up space on the main deck.

For running gear on the TD, we count on tandem 10,000 lb. axles. The torsion axles protect your cargo from damaging road shock and provide a smoother ride for your trailer and greater peace of mind for you. We wouldn’t fit the TD with a great suspension and skimp on the tires. Dual 16″ Grey Wheels are wrapped with ST235/80R16 Radial Tires for ultimate reliability and durability.

Fabricating oversized custom equipment is a must for running a large scale mining operation, and getting it from claim to claim is no small feat. With a 15º load angle, getting low clearance equipment loaded on the TD couldn’t be simpler. The 24′ stationary deck is hydraulically powered up and down by a 12V Hydraulic Pump, 5″ x 17″ cylinder, and scissor lift.

ATV Trailer Lengths

Our most common configuration for hauling a single four-wheeler is our 10 and 12 ft single axle models. Most full-size ATVs range from 72” to 84” in length.  We typically recommend at least a 10 ft model to give you adequate room for gas cans, coolers, and other gear.  If you plan on hauling two quads bumper to bumper, you should consider a 14’ single axle or a 16’ tandem axle utility trailer.  The 83” x 14’ single axle with ATV ramps is a great choice for sideloading an ATV in the front, with the second unit parked behind it.  Typically, adding trailer length is relatively inexpensive.  If you are torn over two lengths, we typically recommend going with the longer size.

ATV Trailer Widths

Most full-size ATVs measure 40-48” wide. Our 60″ wide utility (U6) will give you the narrowest trailer for an ATV/quad. If you plan on towing your trailer behind your ATV on narrow trails, this will be your best choice.  If you plan on using your trailer for other vehicles such as UTVs and mowers, we think the 72″ U2 in a great all-around choice.   We frequently build 83” wide ATV trailers with side load ramps when a customer is wanting to side-load their quad.  Our Ready Rail accessories will allow you to preserve precious deck space by increasing cargo storage outside the side rails.  Most of the accessories will not exceed the width of the trailer.

Side Load ATV Trailer Ramps

If you plan on sideloading your ATV utility trailer, our ATV side load ramps are a must-have. These ramps replace the uprights and rail in front of your axle. The ramps can be used to sideload an ATV or dirt bike. They are also great for loading pallets from the side with a forklift.

Recommended Options for Your ATV Trailer

We recommend equipping your UTV trailer with Ready Rings for multiple tie-down points (they even work on the front rail). The Ready Rail Bed Divider also can help keep your cooler, gas can, and other gear from sliding around the bed. Other popular options include a spare tire & mount and 22″ solid metal sides with a pipe-top rail.  Some customers opt for a fold-in gate or a bi-fold gate to reduce wind drag.

Buggy Haulers & Deckovers

One of the most versatile units we build for hauling multiple quads is our 5″ Channel Buggy Hauler (B5). With a 102″ width and drive over fenders, you will have the most loading options while also keeping a low deck height.  The B5 is also great if you want to load larger buggies and rock crawlers. Our Medium Duty Deckover 6″ Channel (L6) is also a great trailer for loading UTVs and ATVs. Most customers order the L5 with slide ramps so they can be used for sideloading.
